5 Days Uganda gorilla trekking and wildlife safari.

This 5 Days Uganda gorilla and wildlife safari feature gorilla trekking in the jungles of Bwindi impenetrable forest national park and later heading to another wildlife haven Queen Elizabeth national park for the wildlife experience.   the 5 days trip will grant you a rich experience of Uganda wildlife potential.

 

Day 1: Transfer to Bwindi impenetrable national park.

Following your   5 days Uganda gorilla trekking and wildlife safari, you will be picked from your residence and you will embark on safari to  Bwindi impenetrable forest national park, the trip will take anytime  from 8 hours to 9 hours . Through the Kampala Masaka  to Mbarara and to Kabale.  Upon arrival you will check in at the lodge, dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Day 2: Gorilla trekking and afternoon nature walk.

Early in the morning after breakfast, you will  dropped off at  the briefing point where you will be issued with  the guidelines on how to do gorilla  trekking, later you  will embark on  the search for gorillas  the tracking exercise can take you any where between  50 minutes to even 5 hours depending on where the gorilla family you have been assigned to track from is situated  from your tracking points, some gorilla families and mobile therefore will necessitate  more time  to be able to trek and find them. Later upon seeing them, you will spend a maximum of 1 hour with them taking as many photos as you can. withdraw and head back to the tracking point, meet your guide and later head back to lodge for lunch and relaxation.   Later in the afternoon you will go for a community tour to visit and experience how the locals go about their lives.

Day 3: Transfer to queen Elizabeth national park.

In the morning, you will check out of the lodge and you will transfer to queen Elizabeth national park through Ishasha sector, if you are lucky you will be position to see the famous tree climbing lions as you pass by Ishasha sector. Later proceed northwards to queen Elizabeth national park, upon arrival, you will check in at your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4: Game drive and afternoon boat cruise.

In the morning after breakfast, you will head to the park in search for wildlife, as you drive in the savanna you will be on the look out for wildlife such as the elephants, lions, buffaloes, Uganda kobs, water bucks, warthogs among others.  Later exit the game drive and head back for lunch at your lodge.    Later after lunch you will embark on a boat cruise on Kazinga channel which will offer you more opportunities to view wildlife such hippos, crocs , buffaloes among others.  Later head back to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3: transfer back to Kampala.

In the morning, have your relaxed breakfast and later check out and transfer back to  Kampala and arrive in time for your flight back home.
